WILMINGTON, Delaware – Two prestigious legal resources have recognized Richards, Layton & Finger’s bankruptcy and patent practices. The Deal reports that Richards Layton is the number one bankruptcy firm in the nation, gaining more large bankruptcy case representations in 2008 than any other firm. Richards Layton led the way with 28 new cases, with firm attorneys Mark D. Collins and John H. Knight positioned at number 4 and 9, respectively, on The Deal’s list of lawyers with the highest number of large bankruptcy case representations in 2008.
