Richards, Layton & Finger’s Raymond J. DiCamillo Inducted into Prestigious American College of Trial Lawyers

WILMINGTON, Delaware (October 13, 2025) – Richards, Layton & Finger director Raymond J. DiCamillo, chair of the firm’s Corporate Department, has been inducted as a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers (ACTL). As one of the premier legal associations in North America, the invitation-only ACTL selects nominees who have a minimum of fifteen years in trial law and who have demonstrated the highest standards of trial advocacy, ethical conduct, integrity, professionalism and collegiality.

Chambers USA, the premier attorney ranking organization in the US, has said that Ray is “a walking encyclopedia of Delaware law” (2025). He has successfully litigated numerous corporate control, corporate governance, statutory, and contractual disputes in Delaware’s state and federal courts. He also provides non-litigation counsel, advising Delaware business organizations and their fiduciaries and constituents and advises corporate boards and board committees with respect to governance, litigation, investigational, and transactional issues. Ray was elected as a Fellow of another prestigious attorney organization, the American College of Governance Counsel, in 2024.
