WILMINGTON, Delaware (April 22, 2024) – Richards, Layton & Finger is pleased to announce that it has increased its starting salary for associates to $210,000, effective immediately. This decision reflects our pledge to recruit the most accomplished, talented law students and retain our dedicated, high-performing associates.
