WILMINGTON, Delaware (August 24, 2017) – Sara T. Toner, a director of Richards, Layton & Finger, has been selected for the Delaware Business Times “40 Under 40” list. Ms. Toner, chair of Richards Layton’s Real Estate Group, focuses her practice on complex transactions involving commercial real estate properties, with a particular emphasis on closing sophisticated commercial real estate loans. She represents real estate developers, holders of commercial real estate, and institutional clients, advising them on a wide array of real estate matters.
