State Courts to Implement New 5pm Filing Deadline

The Delaware Supreme Court has issued an order directing all Delaware state courts to implement a filing deadline of 5pm, effective on September 14, 2018. This earlier filing deadline—changed from the previous midnight deadline—will apply even in cases where a scheduling order was entered before the Supreme Court issued its directive.
