Tony will be formally inducted into the College at its Annual Meeting on September 18, 2026, in Santa Barbara, California. He joins Sara Wagner, chair of the firm’s Real Estate Services Group, as a Fellow of ACMA.

“Tony’s election to the American College of Mortgage Attorneys reflects the strength of his real estate practice and the depth of experience he brings to complex commercial transactions,” said Paul Heath, Richards Layton president. “His clients value his practical judgment and attention to detail, and this recognition by his peers underscores the impact of his work across the real estate finance community.”
