Two Richards Layton Directors Named in The International Who’s Who of Real Estate Lawyers 2013

WILMINGTON, Delaware (July 8, 2013) – Daniel Klein and Robert Krapf, directors at Richards, Layton & Finger, have been listed in the 2013 edition of The International Who’s Who of Real Estate Lawyers. They are the only lawyers in Delaware named to the list.

Robert Krapf, president of Richards Layton and head of the firm’s Real Estate Group, focuses his practice on transactional matters in the areas of real estate, commercial and land use law. Vice chair of the American Bar Association’s Real Property Trust & Estate Law Section, Mr. Krapf has held many local and national leadership positions in the bar, as well as in a variety of business, charitable and cultural organizations. He has earned high rankings in numerous legal directories, including The Best Lawyers in America, Super Lawyers and Chambers USA.

Daniel Klein focuses on complex business transactions, public/private joint ventures and real estate loan workouts. He plays an active role in the Real Property Section of the Delaware State Bar Association and in the American Bar Association. Mr. Klein is a member of the Anglo-American Real Property Institute and a fellow of the American College of Real Estate Lawyers, where he served two terms on its Board of Governors. Named in The Best Lawyers in America since 1987, Mr. Klein is also listed in Super Lawyers and Chambers USA.
