Our Conference Center and Trial Suites
Richards, Layton & Finger provides visiting trial teams with secure, fully equipped trial prep workspaces within our offices. Our trial suites offer trial teams the ability to seamlessly and quickly recreate their workspace to ensure the most efficient, successful trial prep. We provide secure VLAN connections and round-the-clock IT support, secure high-speed printers and storage space, large flat-screen TVs, and quick access to any AV needs, catering services, and cleaning and shredding services.
In addition, we offer visiting trial teams 24/7 access to our private, on-site fitness center. This up-to-date, fully equipped fitness center offers a range of cardio and strength-training equipment, free weights, and accessories, as well as lockers and individual changing rooms with showers.
We understand the demands of trial. Our goal is to provide visiting trial teams with everything they need to create a customized space that allows them to concentrate on the work at hand. Our state-of-the art trial suites—located within walking distance of Delaware’s courthouses, hotels, and a wide choice of restaurants—are designed to ensure the best possible trial experience in Delaware.
Trial Suite – 1A
At over 3,800 square feet, our first-floor trial suite includes two large collaborative “war rooms” (30’ x 30’), five conference rooms (ranging from 14’ x 10’ to 14’ x 19’), a comfortable common area, and a fully equipped kitchen.
Trial Suite – 1B
At over 3,500 square feet, this first-floor litigation suite includes two large collaborative “war rooms,” two conference rooms, a comfortable common area, two private offices, and a fully equipped kitchen.
3rd Floor Conference Center
Our third-floor conference center includes two large collaborative “war rooms,” ten conference rooms, a comfortable common area, one private office, and a wellness room.

At over 3,100 square feet, our fourth-floor litigation suite includes two large collaborative “war rooms,” three conference rooms, a comfortable common area, two private offices, and a fully equipped kitchen.

Our Fitness Center
We understand the demands of trial, and our goal is to exceed visiting teams’ needs during their stay in Wilmington so they can concentrate on the work at hand.
Richards, Layton & Finger is happy to offer our visiting trial teams 24/7 access to our private, on-site fitness center. This fully equipped fitness center offers a range of cardio and weight equipment, free weights, and locker rooms with showers and towel service.
