This year’s American Bar Association Business Law Section Spring Meeting will be held in a city known for its stylish sophistication and historic New England charm—Boston, MA. Attendees will have the opportunity to choose from over 50 CLE programs, hundreds of committee and subcommittee meetings, and exciting social events. Bringing together nearly 1,500 business law attorneys, judges, and academics, this meeting will give attendees the opportunity to network with legal experts and leaders from across the country and around the globe.

Richards Layton attorneys Paul Altman, Steve Bigler, Doneene Damon, Mark Gentile, and Blake Rohrbacher will be speakers at this event. Paul will be a panelist addressing "The Revised Prototype LLC Act: An Introduction." Steve will speak on a panel entitled "What Should Venture Capital and Private Equity Directors Be Concerned About? Key Considerations for Venture Capital and Private Equity Professionals Who Sit on Portfolio Boards of Directors." Doneene’s panel will be "Been Down So Long, It Seems Like Up to Me: The Impact of Financial Reform Regulation on Public and Private Securities Markets." Mark will present an update regarding Delaware corporate law, and Blake will speak on current corporate governance events and emerging issues.
