Richards Layton attorneys Steve Bigler, Elisa Maas, Greg Varallo, and John Mark Zeberkiewicz will be speakers at this event. Steve will be a panelist addressing “Unique Legal and Practical Considerations in Private Equity Acquisitions of Small and Lower Middle Market Companies.” Elisa will speak on modification of fiduciary duties in governance of partnerships and LLCs. Greg will present on bylaws, and John Mark will speak on a panel entitled “Guiding the Private Company Board—Best Practices and Avoiding Pitfalls.”
