Eric Mazie will act as moderator on a panel entitled “Statutory Trusts: Alternative Uses,” which will explore the differences between statutory and common law trusts and circumstances in which statutory trusts can be utilized to better achieve client goals. Don Sparks will act as a panelist for “The Peierls Decisions: Pearls or Perils of Wisdom?” This panel will discuss the Peierls cases, involving 13 trusts settled outside of Delaware which the trustees sought to move to Delaware.
