The Mid-Atlantic Bankruptcy Workshop addresses emerging insolvency topics, focusing on chapters 7, 11 and common areas of interest, including the latest decisions impacting business and consumer bankruptcy practitioners.
Daniel DeFranceschi will speak on a panel entitled “Views from the Bank: Trends and Views of Lenders on Workouts and Bankruptcy, Including DIP Financing.” This panel will discuss recent trends and views on various issues that arise in an out-of-court workout, as well as strategies that can be employed in a bankruptcy case—all from the lender’s perspective. The panel will also explore the latest developments in DIP financing.
