The Corporate Law Section of the Delaware State Bar Association presented this annual CLE-accredited seminar in Wilmington, Delaware. Members of the Delaware Supreme Court and the Delaware Court of Chancery, as well as leading corporate practitioners and law professors, made presentations on recent developments, practice guidelines and legal ethics.
