Dave Goulden-Naitove externed for the Honorable Joel H. Slomsky at the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania
Dave focuses his practice on litigation in the Delaware Court of Chancery and Delaware Supreme Court, involving complex matters of corporate governance and control, mergers and acquisitions, appraisal fiduciary duties, and contractual and other commercial disputes.
While in law school, Dave served as the Vice Director and Fellowship Coordinator of the Walter A. Lucas Public Interest Fellowship Program. He was elected as a class representative to the NovUs Young Alumni Board. Dave worked as a research assistant for Professor Itay Ravid and as a teaching assistant for Professor Jane Winn, and he gained practical experience as a Certified Legal Intern in the Villanova Health Law Clinic.
