Richards, Layton & Finger Associates Join the Delaware Bar

WILMINGTON, Delaware (June 23, 2026) – Richards, Layton & Finger is pleased to announce that two of our associates have been admitted to the Delaware bar. Randall P. Ainsworth and David M. Goulden-Naitove were admitted to practice in the State of Delaware by the Delaware Supreme Court in a ceremony held in Dover today.

“Randall and David join a long tradition of Richards Layton attorneys admitted to the Delaware bar,” said Paul Heath, firm president. “They have devoted years of rigorous study and service to reach this point, which is reflected in their drive, meticulous work, and commitment to client advocacy. As members of our Corporate & Chancery Litigation practice, their admission to the Delaware bar further strengthens the firm’s ability to handle complex disputes in Delaware’s courts.”

Randall Ainsworth earned a Juris Doctor from the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law and has been a member of the Maryland bar since 2023. He has been recognized as a National Black Lawyers Top 40 Under 40 honoree in 2025 and 2026. Randall’s area of practice is Corporate & Chancery Litigation.

David Goulden-Naitove earned a Juris Doctor from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law and joined the Pennsylvania bar in 2025. Prior to joining Richards Layton, he externed for the Honorable Joel H. Slomsky at the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. Dave’s area of practice is Corporate & Chancery Litigation.
