David T. Queroli

Overview

David Queroli was selected to participate in the National Conference of Bankruptcy Judges (NCBJ) 2025 Next Generation (NEXTGen) Program.

David focuses his practice on corporate restructuring, bankruptcy, bankruptcy litigation, and other insolvency matters. He routinely represents debtors, prepetition and DIP lenders, purchasers, unsecured creditors, equityholders, governmental units, and other parties in interest in chapter 7, chapter 11, and chapter 15 cases.

In law school, David interned for the Honorable Kevin J. Carey of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.

Prior to law school, David worked full-time in the consumer packaged goods industry as an analyst for one of the largest meat-processing and packaging companies in the United States.
