Edmond Kim was a member of The George Washington International Law Review.
Edmond focuses his practice on litigation in the Delaware Court of Chancery and the Delaware Supreme Court involving corporate governance, corporate control, fiduciary duties, contractual disputes, and other commercial disputes.
In law school, Edmond was a member of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Board. He also interned at the District of Columbia Superior Court.
