Overview
Grant Knepper was Comments Editor for the Penn State Law Arbitration Law Review
Grant focuses his practice primarily on transactional matters concerning Delaware limited liability companies, limited partnerships, and general partnerships. He renders advice and legal opinions in connection with structured finance transactions, investment funds, and other matters involving alternative entities with respect to issues of formation, operation, governance, enforceability, and dissolution.
During law school, Grant published an article in the Arbitration Law Review analyzing the 9th Circuit’s decision in Hayday Farms, Inc. V. Feedx Holdings, Inc. He was a 1L representative for If/When/How and was the inaugural Vice President for the Penn State Law Immigration Law Society. Grant served as research assistant for Professor John Lopatka, helping to provide updates to the supplement of Kintner’s Federal Antitrust Law, and he participated in Wills for Heroes, offering free basic estate planning for first responders and military veterans and their spouses.
