During law school, Madison Devlin served as a Wolcott Fellow to the Honorable Abigail M. LeGrow in the Delaware Supreme Court
Madison primarily focuses her practice on transactional matters involving Delaware limited liability companies, limited partnerships, and general partnerships. She provides advice and legal opinions in connection with structured finance transactions, investment funds, and other matters involving Delaware alternative entities with respect to issues of formation, operation, governance, enforceability, and dissolution.
During law school, Madison served as Digital Media Editor for Widener Law Review, Vol. 31, and was an academic success fellow. She received the George B. Lindsay Foundation Award for significant achievement in legal research and writing and was awarded Certificates of Achievement in Civil Procedure and Legal Methods.
