Matthew Criscimagna, senior vice president of the firm, provides his clients with top-notch legal advice relating to Delaware alternative entities.
Matt renders legal opinions and handles a wide variety of transactions involving limited liability companies, limited partnerships, and general partnerships. He advises on entity formation, operation, and governance matters, as well as structured finance transactions, investment fund transactions, joint venture transactions, dissolutions, mergers, acquisitions, conversions, and domestications.
Matt’s practice also involves advising clients on fiduciary duty and contractual interpretation issues with respect to Delaware alternative entities.
