Overview
Zachary Smith interned with the Securities and Exchange Commission’s Division of Corporation Finance.
Zachary focuses his practice primarily on transactional matters concerning Delaware limited liability companies, limited partnerships, and general partnerships. He renders advice and legal opinions in connection with structured finance transactions, investment funds, and other matters involving alternative entities with respect to issues of formation, operation, governance, enforceability, and dissolution.
During law school, Zachary was a member of the San Diego Law Review. Prior to and during law school, Zachary served as a Corporal in the United States Marine Corps.
