WILMINGTON, Delaware (February 11, 2026) – Richards, Layton & Finger is pleased to announce that M&A Advisor has selected the firm as an award winner in the 20th Annual Turnaround Awards, honoring leading restructuring, distressed M&A, and turnaround transactions, firms, and professionals.

The firm’s work has been recognized in three categories:

  • Distressed M&A Deal of the Year ($100MM to $250MM) for the sale and reorganization of Edgio, Inc. – team led by Russell Silberglied and Brendan Schlauch worked with Milbank as co-counsel.
  • Cross-Border Restructuring of the Year (Over $1B) for the restructuring of WOM Chile (also known as NC Telecom II) – team led by John Knight, Amanda Steele, and Brendan Schlauch worked with White and Case as co-counsel.
