This year’s Delaware Tax Institute will include topics on 2011 income tax developments as well as discussions of recent developments in estate planning. Breakout sessions will focus on estate planning for taxes in transition, business tax planning, captive insurance planning, and fiduciary duties of officers, directors and trustees.
Stan Stevenson will speak on a panel entitled “2011 Income Tax Developments.” Don Sparks and John Mark Zeberkiewicz will speak on a panel entitled “Fiduciary Duties of Officers – The Changing Landscape.”
