35 Richards Layton Attorneys Named in 2012 Chambers USA

WILMINGTON, Delaware (June 7, 2012) – Chambers USA, America’s Leading Lawyers for Business has recognized 35 Richards, Layton & Finger attorneys for excellence in seven areas of law, far more lawyers than any other Delaware firm. In addition, the firm received Chambers’ highest ranking in Delaware in the areas of Bankruptcy/Restructuring, Chancery, Corporate/M&A & Alternative Entities, and Real Estate. In its commentary, Chambers reported that Richards Layton was “commended across the board by clients, peers and out-of-state co-counsel firms,” particularly noting “its unparalleled level of client service.”
